“There are a lot of promising but unused drug seeds in Japan such as invented from the academic researches which is one of the highest level in the world and terminated according to the change of focused therapeutic area in the pharmaceutical industry. Under such circumstances, as a new initiative, we supported the establishment of Curadim Pharma which contract to develop “sleeping seeds” through utilizing the scheme of funding of Innovation Network Corporation of Japan. We expect that “sleeping seeds” will be advanced to the development stage and supplied to the global market as novel medicines continuously due to the great efforts by Curadim Pharma.”
